Return and Exchange
At Burak Bayraktaroğlu, our products are custom-made specifically for your order; therefore, returns are not accepted. However, if there is a manufacturing defect or issue with the product, you may return it within 14 days of receiving it.
To initiate a return or exchange, please follow these steps:
- Provide the necessary information by filling out the return request form in the My Account menu.
- Once completed, send your product back using Yurtiçi Kargo to process your request.
Important Information:
- Only size exchanges are allowed; model changes are not accepted.
- Orders from discounted collections are not eligible for returns; however, model and size exchanges are allowed.
- All leather products are considered final sales and cannot be returned or exchanged.
- The shipping cost for the initial delivery is covered by Burak Bayraktaroğlu. However, the shipping cost for returns or exchanges must be paid by the customer.
